We gladly accept returns and exchanges when the product does not meet agreed upon specifications.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order immediately upon receipt.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Parts or items that meet our agreed upon specifications.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders that meet the agreed upon specifications.

Conditions of return:

American Prototype & Production, Inc. will pay for return shipping if item(s) are damaged upon receipt.

The item(s) should be returned with original packaging, the buyer is responsible for documenting receipt of damaged goods.
